My proud ethnic culture and tradition is important to portray in my food.  I dedicate my culinary service to authentic Mexican cuisine and offer a wide variety of dishes.  My signature tacos I offer are a specialty that I provide.  Dishes are customized for your party or special event.  I can provide simple buffet style setting to formal and elegant table service.  I also offer (drop off service only) for any occasion.

I personally prepare and over see that recipes are authentic with a few personal touches for a signature enhancement.   My goal is to provide a personal and private culinary ambience for you.  I focus my energy on the cuisine and traditional service with a touch of sophistication yet relaxed and simple.   I strive to provide you with quality, personalized, and professional chef service & cuisine.

I only use high quality grade ingredients using the highest level of care and hygiene possible.  I use commercial grade & NSF approved restaurant kitchen equipment on site when possible.  My services are secured by a written contract and require a 50% deposit of total price at the time of booking your party or event.
